Hardware shrapnel die machine can be divided into two types: normal machine and abnormal machine.
I. Normal dismounting of hardware shrapnel molds:
1. First beat the punch to "inching" and turn off the counter;
2. Use inching switch to hit the punch to the bottom dead point (180°) and cut the material belt; It is strictly forbidden to cut the material belt when the mold is not at the dead point, which may easily lead to deformation of the material belt and damage of the mold parts.
3. Loosen the upper and lower die screws.
4. Hit the punch to the top dead center, and pull the mold to the center of the mold cart. Two people should pull the mold at the same time, not one to ensure safety.
5. The height of the die car can be reduced only after the die car is pulled away from the punch press for a certain distance. Prevent the die car from getting stuck on the punch platform and causing the die to slide.
6. Clamping screw, scissors, feed hook, flashlight and other items are strictly prohibited to be placed on the operating surface platform of the punch press when the mould is under the mould.
Ii. Abnormal dismounting of metal shrapnel molds:
1. Turn off the power supply and counter of the main machine;
2. After the flywheel stops completely, put the plastic or paper center on the high diagonal stops before and after the mold. Do not pad between the stripper plate and the fixed plate, and do not use iron instead of plastic in the mold.
3. Shake the flywheel with a safety rod (do not pull the flywheel by hand or prevent the flywheel from running with a safety rod before the flywheel stops) and stick the upper and lower check posts together.
4. Loosen the screws of the upper and lower die and pull the flywheel to 0° ~ 70° with the safety rod. Then the die can be pulled down.
Iii. Dismounting of hardware Shrapnel Mould Notes:
1. Before pulling the mold, make sure that the feeding port material belt support plate has been loosened and taken off.
2. One person can pull out and one person can push back when the mold is not moving. (Do not push the mold back at the same time, push the mold out of the punch platform) You can also use the lifting screw to screw around the screw hole of the lower die base, lift up a little with both hands at the same time and pull out.
3. When the mould is pulled away from the punch, the mould car shall not turn too fast, so as to prevent the guide plate or material supporting plate from hanging the punch or the soundproof cover of the punch, which may cause the mould parts damage or the mould slide.
4. Inching operation is no longer allowed when the mold is under abnormal condition, especially after the mold stopper is plastic.
5. Turn off the main machine and other power of the punch after the die is dropped to avoid waste of resources.
6. When the mold is shut down normally, inching operation of the mold shall be carried out until the guide needle enters the circular hole of the material belt (to prevent the material receing caused by the material not being clamped by the feeder when there is no air pressure). Do not stop the die at the bottom dead point. (easy to cause the die spring service life is reduced).
